Essential Wedding Coordination
Beginning at $3,750 + Hawaii State Tax | This package is perfect for our couples who are looking to pass the torch to a professional in the industry.
This package is designed for our savvy couples who want to fully plan and design their wedding but need someone to step in and tighten all the details and and ensure that all T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted. We will review all your invoices and suggest any final edits; assume point of contact for your vendors at least 3 month before your wedding; do a final review of your floor plan; and provide your wedding day timeline to you, your wedding entourage and vendors. As a summary this package includes:
Email correspondences with your wedding team for wedding day related inquiries.
General vendor recommendations.
Invoice checks and suggestions for edits 3 months before your wedding day. We’ll schedule a call to go in-depth with all of your contracts. We will help you communicate any changes and edits to your vendors at this point while keeping you in the loop.
Becoming the point-of-contact for your vendors 6 weeks before your wedding day.
Wedding day timeline creation.
Floor plan edit.
On the wedding day, you’ll have (1) lead coordinator + 2 assistants.
Set up and break down of light decor* on the day of your wedding.
Break down of your light decor + packing of your items into your designated party’s vehicle(s) or room.
Wedding rehearsal *based on coordinator availability. If we are not available, we recommend hiring your officiant to conduct your rehearsal.
Curated Wedding Planning & Coordination
Beginning at $6,000 + Hawaii State Tax
This package is designed for our couples that know where and when they’re getting married but have been a little overwhelmed with defining the details of their day. We will be here for you and guide you through all the steps to give you a sense of peace and calm among the plethora of colors, textures and DIY projects you have in mind. Pending your approach, we will email tasks for you and fiancé to work on leading up until the wedding day. Vendor recommendations are based on your personal taste and style. We'll also bring guidance with wedding design as the language of weddings might seem daunting, and I’m here to bring that bubble in your head to life! This is a continuous relationship between your planner and yourself. This package includes:
Limitless communication with your wedding planning team via email, phone calls, video calls, and in-person meetings* based on availability.
Personalized vendor recommendations. We will both work together to reach out to vendors and compare services and offerings.
Continuous invoice edits throughout your planning process as details are finalized.
Becoming the point-of-contact with your vendors upon their securement.
Assistance of wedding design and communicating your design needs to all decor vendors.
Wedding day timeline creation.
Wedding day team of (1) lead coordinator + 2 assistants.

Wedding rehearsal with one of our coordinators 2-3 days before your wedding date.

BESPOKE Wedding Planning & Coordination
Beginning at $12,000 + Hawaii State Tax
This package is designed for our couples with limited time on their hands. They are looking for a trusted professional to build their wedding from the ground up on O’ahu. This package includes all vendor securement, complete floor plan design, and full wedding day coordination from start to finish. Couple’s budgets for this package typically begin at $85,000 USD. This package does not include the cost of other vendor and venue fees. This package includes:
Hand selection of all vendors on your wedding day. We will vet and selection all vendors on your behalf. You are responsible for all direct payments.
Vendor liaison from start to finish. We will communicate with the vendors on your behalf.
Complete wedding day management of your vendor team and guests.
Continuous wedding day design and edits with all vendors.
Wedding day coordination team.
INTIMATE WEDDING PLANNING
Beginning at $15,000 + Hawaii State Tax
This package is designed for our couples planning an intimate get away for their "I do's" (less than 20 guests) and is quoted on a custom basis***
*This does not include the cost of food & beverage or any venue fees.
All of our packages include day of execution:
We are at your venue as soon as it opens to set everything in place according to our design plan. We assist in leading your guests to the right location. We will also act as the point of contact between all of your many vendors and family members and ensure that everyone is exactly where they need to be. Flowers are delivered on time, DJ is set up with the correct songs, your parents are on time at your ceremony site, and your officiant is squared away waiting to marry the two of you!

Steph, along with the rest of our team will be booked on a first come, first serve basis. We take on a limited amount of weddings per month to ensure quality service to each and every one of our couples. Typically, Steph will be reserved for our Curated Wedding Packages, while Sarah and the rest of the gang will service our Essential Wedding Coordination couples.

The Essentials package is the equivalent to most “day of” wedding packages. Meaning, our lovely couples will do 80% of the work, but need someone to double check, adjust, and finalize that crucial 20% and execute their wedding day. Our Curated package is a working relationship with my couple and their planner to build their wedding together and find the right fit for them starting from day 1.

Your package pricing will be determined based on the size, complexity, venue(s), and scope of work required to execute your wedding day. Many couples end up enhancing their package as they require more assistance, or, their wedding plans evolve which require us to revisit the initial agreement and make amendments in services and the final bill. It’s kind of like ordering a plate lunch! We can keep adding and building more, or you know exactly what you need and no enhancements are added.

That’s great! Many of couples have been begun the booking process by the time they meet us, or, we have couples who only have a date and venue selected. Regardless of where you are in the planning stage or how many vendors you’ve secured, the Essential or Curated wedding planning packages are always a good fit - depending on how much more you’d like to do on your own.

Unfortunately it is our team policy to only accept bookings with a confirmed date and venue. This is to mitigate the back and forth between scheduling conflicts and certain services are only available depending on your confirmed wedding venue(s).
